Gerry will guide you through a condensed version of his four-step personal branding process:
- A Brand Audit/Inventory
- Brand Values Identification (6 in total)
- Success Stories to support those brand values
- Application of your Brand to all outreach materials (cover letters, resumes, interviews, networking conversations, elevator pitch, etc.)
Along the way, you will learn how to talk about yourself, your work, your contributions in a fresh and authentic way that can only increase your confidence when in front of colleagues or a hiring executive. Gerry will also support his points with stories from his own clients, industry, and other consultants.
Bring a laptop with you if you can, not necessary, just might be helpful.
